01 / 07Unitized Facade Systems
Unitized — factory-assembled panel moduleIn unitized facade systems the modules are prefabricated at the factory complete with glass, spandrel, gaskets and panel frame. On site they are hung onto the anchors and hanging brackets at the slab edge, enabling fast and controlled installation.
Modules completed in the factory are hung onto the hanging bracket at the slab edge; the interlocking stack joint accommodates both building movement and pressure-equalised drainage together.

02 / 07Stick Facade Systems
Stick — site-staged mullion-transomIn stick facade systems the vertical mullions, horizontal transoms, glass/panel elements, pressure plate and cover caps are installed sequentially on site. Suitable for flexible geometries and varying project scales.
Vertical mullions and horizontal transoms are erected on site; the pressure plate mechanically clamps the glass, and the drained gasket bed channels water progressively to the outside.

03 / 07Window Wall & Storefront Systems
Storefront / Window Wall — slab-isolatedWindow wall and storefront systems offer an economical, fast and clean solution between floors or at entrance levels. They are used in office facades, shop windows, commercial entrances and low- / mid-rise buildings.
Frames work isolated between floor levels; the thermally broken profile and multi-stage gaskets provide fast, watertight closure at entrance and commercial levels.

04 / 07Door, Window & Fenestration Systems
Fenestration — thermally insulated operable systemDoor, window and fenestration systems work integrated with the facade systems for insulation, durability, user comfort and architectural detail integrity.
A polyamide thermal break separates the inner and outer profiles to cut the thermal bridge; the multi-gasket sash-to-frame transition provides air and watertightness together.

05 / 07Architectural Metal & Cladding Systems
Rainscreen — ventilated claddingArchitectural metal and cladding systems are used for aesthetics, durability, detailing and brand architecture on facade surfaces. Fascia, parapet, soffit, column cladding, metal mesh and decorative panel solutions fall into this category.
Cassette panels are hung onto concealed fixings; the pressure-equalised ventilation cavity behind keeps rain on the outer surface and drains moisture away (rainscreen principle).

06 / 07Glass Roof, Skylight & Atrium Systems
Sloped glazing — glass roof / atriumGlass roof, skylight and atrium systems are structures requiring bespoke engineering with natural light, large spans, water drainage, sloped glass surfaces and load-bearing profile details.
Sloped support rafters transfer the load; stepped drainage channels and the ridge–gutter detail drain water from the slope in a controlled manner.

07 / 07Sun-Shading, Louvers & Facade Accessories
Solar control — louver / brise-soleilSun-shading and louver systems are used to control heat gain, provide shading and give the facade architectural rhythm. They can work integrated with facade, window and sliding systems.
Horizontal blades or vertical fins are positioned according to the sun angle; they reduce heat gain and glare while adding ventilation and architectural rhythm to the facade.
