Flame Towers is a tower project carried out in Baku, Azerbaijan. Designed by HOK Int., it was delivered with DIA Construction (Yatırımcı: Azinco). Preserving the architectural intent, design, engineering, manufacturing and installation were delivered under a single point of responsibility; performance was verified with a mock-up before reaching the site.
